15 years in, still the one writing the code

Rudra Softtech LLP was founded in 2010 on a simple idea: clients should work directly with the person building their software, not a rotating cast of account managers.

I'm Raj Kiran Singh, founder of Rudra Softtech. I started this company because I was tired of watching good projects get lost in translation — between sales, project managers, and the developers who actually wrote the code. Somewhere in that chain, context gets diluted and clients end up explaining their own requirements back to themselves.

"If you're talking to me about your project, I'm also the one who'll be writing it. That hasn't changed in 15 years, and it's not going to."

Since 2010, that's meant building lease-accounting software for finance teams, care-coordination platforms piloted with the NHS, real-time civic engagement tools used during elections, and e-commerce platforms that had to just work on day one. Different industries, same approach: understand the actual problem before writing a line of code, and stay reachable long after the invoice is paid.

We're still a small, senior team — by design. It's what lets us take on projects that need real judgment, not a templated process.

What working with us actually looks like

  • You email or call me, not a support queue. If something's unclear, we solve it in one conversation instead of a three-day ticket loop.
  • Healthcare, finance, and civic platforms don't tolerate sloppy engineering — that's where we've spent most of the last decade, and it shows in how we scope and test.
  • Software doesn't stop needing attention at go-live. Clients from years ago still reach out when something changes, and we still answer.
